The English version
When does the English version open?
We're bringing the whole suite to English: Wallet cards, sign-up pages, emails, the apps and the dashboards. Everyone on the waitlist gets access first, and we'll email you the day it opens.
Which countries can join?
Any country. Prices are in USD.
For partners
Who is the Partner plan for?
Agencies, print shops, POS resellers and consultants who work with several shops and want to offer them loyalty under their own brand.
Whose name do the shops see?
Yours. The shops and their customers see your name and logo on the admin panel, the web app, the Wallet card and, if you add them, the mobile apps.
How many shops can I add?
As many as you want. The monthly fee is the same, whatever the number of shops.
What do I charge each shop?
You decide. You set the price and the plan for each shop, and we bill you one fee.
How long does setup take?
The web version, up to 2 days. Mobile apps depend on the Google and Apple reviews: from 4 days to 2 weeks.
What do I need to start?
Your name and logo for the web version. For the mobile apps, also background images, colours and a short name for the app.
Will my app appear under my name in the stores?
Yes. We usually publish it, but Apple sometimes asks for your own developer account. In that case you create it with Apple, and Apple charges you for it directly.
For shops
What is a redemption?
Each time a customer exchanges points for a reward or a discount that the shop sets. Earning points and signing up are free.
What happens if I need more redemptions?
Unused redemptions carry over on paid plans, and you can buy extra packs that don't expire. See redemption packs.
Who gives out the rewards?
The shop. It chooses the rewards and the points each one needs.
How does my team validate redemptions?
From the admin panel, with a QR code reader connected to the computer or by searching for the customer. You can create staff accounts with limited permissions.
What is the Free plan?
Your shop on the Pretii platform with no setup fee, for one year from sign-up. It includes 10 redemptions a month, unlimited customers and points. After the year, the shop moves to Grow or Pro to keep going. Its customers, points and history are kept.
For customers
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They can keep the card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or use the web app in any browser.
Does the Wallet card work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Same card, same details. See Wallet loyalty cards.
Are there ads in the apps?
No. The apps have no third-party ads.
Payments and leaving
How do I pay?
By card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. For other ways to pay, write to info@pretii.io.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You can stop at any time.
Can I take my customers with me?
Yes. You can download your customers and their points as a CSV file from the admin panel.
